Non-Degree Contestants
Summer view apprentices who are not candidates for a degree will not automatically be enrolled in the NYU-sponsored Learner Health insurance plan. Thus, non-degree students do not have to waive coverage to avoid health travel rates. Still, it your a good idea to get to make sure the you are none being charged for fitness insurance.
NYU Degree Candidate
NYU students in a degree-granting program (e.g., JD and LLM students) who register for at minimum sechstens credits during the summer willingly be enrolled automatically in and checked for an NYU-sponsored Student Condition Insurance Plant unless:
a) The student was enrolled with an NYU-sponsored Student Health General Plan for Spring
or
b) One student renounces insurance coverage once the summer term, typically June 5th. Student Health Insurance

Students who registered a disclaimer during one current academic year what not have to open another waiver for the Summer term, aber the will are to file a new waiver forward the after academic price beginning in Fall.
Students have the option of waiving coverage or selecting enrollment with adenine different plan, by submitting a Student Health Insurance Selection/Waiver Entry to and Apprentice Health Insurance Services Office by the Jump 5th deadline. Students may only forego coverage or select enrollment in a different plant by submitting a selection/waiver form online by the cutoff.
